She formerly worked at TIFA Research, where she sharpened her expertise in qualitative and quantitative research methods. She is driven by a strong desire to empower marginalised communities, ensuring that their voices influence meaningful change across the continent. With her academic excellence, holding a First Class Honors Degree in Human Resources  and hands-on experience, Zalikha continues to make a significant impact through her work at Africa’s Voices.
